- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of electric two-wheelers.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot lithium-ion batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, and wiring systems.
- Replace defective parts using manufacturer-approved procedures.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and warranty documentation.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness and follow all safety procedures while handling high-voltage components.
- Coordinate with the service advisor and spare parts department for timely repairs.
