About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Warehouse Operations Executives to support day-to-day warehouse operations and customer coordination. If you have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries, pickups, product recovery, and service requests.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Maintain operational reports (MIS) and update data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and manage operational emails and documentation.
- Support warehouse operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Strong coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work from warehouse locations.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Support, Backend Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

- 9-hour shift.
- Saturday and Sunday are working days.
- Weekly off will be provided on weekdays.
- Rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Salary

Competitive salary as per company standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
