Job Description – French Language Specialist (Canadian Process)

Location: Gurugram, Sector 30

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Off

Role Overview

We are looking for a French Language Specialist to support the Canadian market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent French communication skills, be customer-focused, and be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to French-speaking customers through voice, email, or chat.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining defined SLAs and KPIs.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.





Deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the Canadian market.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a French language/customer support process.

C1 French Certification is mandatory.

Robust verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to ₹9 LPA.

5 Days Working.

Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off.

Both-side cab facility (subject to hiring zone eligibility).
