· Lead and manage the execution of 11kV to 765kV Switchyard, Substation, Transformer, and Transmission Line projects from mobilization to commissioning and final handover.

· Plan project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

· Supervise the erection, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of transformers, switchyard equipment, transmission lines, control & relay panels, HT/LT cable systems, and associated electrical works.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, utilities, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

· Manage project resources, manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials efficiently.

· Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, method statements,



and project documentation.

· Implement HSE policies, quality control procedures, and statutory compliance across all project activities.

· Monitor project costs, billing, material reconciliation, and subcontractor performance.

· Conduct project review meetings and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management.

· Resolve technical and site execution challenges to achieve project milestones.

· Lead testing, protection system checks, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
