Purpose

Drive primary / secondary sales volume within an assigned territory by managing & developing a network of dealers / retailers, regularly engaging influencers & ensuring product availability

Financial

- Sales Volume: Achieve 100% of monthly sales target

- Collection: Ensure 100% collection from DDs as per credit terms

Customer

- New Outlet Activation: Add X current retailers every month.

- Retailer Billing: Ensure >80% of mapped retailers are actively billed

each month.

- Channel Growth: Increase average sales value per retailer by 10%

QoQ

- Influencer Database: Build a validated database of 100+ tiling

Internal Process

- Call Productivity: Complete a minimum of 12 retailer visits per day

- Lead Generation: Generate 10 qualified site leads per week for the

outlets per month
