Elearn Infotech is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior IT Recruiter to manage internal hiring requirements, support student placements, and build strong relationships with hiring companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting internal employees, identifying job and internship opportunities for trained candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping students start successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies and hiring partners.
- Identify job opportunities for students who have completed training programs.
- Coordinate placement drives and schedule interviews for trained candidates.
- Arrange internship opportunities for students with IT organizations.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview feedback, offer letters, and joining status.
- Maintain candidate, recruiter, and company databases.
- Work closely with the training and placement teams to understand student skill sets and employer requirements.
- Track placement activities and prepare recruitment and placement reports.
- Ensure timely closure of internal hiring requirements and placement targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Elearn Infotech's internal hiring requirements.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.




- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and external companies.
- Good understanding of current IT job market trends and hiring practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any degree in any discipline.
- Experience in campus hiring, student placements, or training institutes is an added extra advantage.
- Existing network with IT companies and recruiters is preferred.
