Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our PAN India sales operations for medical devices. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing regional sales teams, developing sales strategies, and strengthening the company's market presence across India. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the medical device industry, particularly in ICU and critical care products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual business targets.
- Lead and manage PAN India sales operations across all regions.
- Build, mentor, and monitor Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across India.
- Drive institutional sales through government, private hospitals, corporate hospitals, and healthcare chains.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and business reports.
- Collaborate with the Tender, Marketing, Service, and Product Management teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Participate in major exhibitions, conferences, CMEs, and industry events to promote the company's products.




- Develop pricing strategies while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
- Maintain solid relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital administrators, procurement teams, and distributors.
- Ensure timely collections and monitor outstanding payments from customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and product positioning.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.

Experience in selling one or more of the following medical devices is preferred:

- Patient Monitors
- ECG Machines
- Defibrillators
- Ventilators
- Anaesthesia Workstations
- Infusion & Syringe Pumps
- Fetal Monitors
- ICU & Critical Care Equipment
- Other Biomedical Equipment

- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management will be preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Medical Device Sales & Marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving national sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
