Job Description
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to ensure our team stays productive, secure, and connected. You will be the first line of defense for technical issues, ranging from hardware failures to complex network configurations. Your goal is to provide seamless technical support while improving our internal systems to prevent issues before they arise.
Key Skills
- Configure, manage, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches,firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common Hardware and network problems.
- Plan and implement network upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations .
- Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, anti-virus, and data encryption.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Maintain documentations, record keeping of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Maintain Inventory of IT Assets. Ensure compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
