Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience in Machine Design.

Technical Skills:

1 .Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, casting, and sheet metal).

2.Hands-on experience with standard 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or Inventor).

3.Good knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and limits/fits.

4.Familiarity with selecting standard industrial components like motors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Machine Design: Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for machines, mechanisms, and mechanical assemblies.

2.Calculations & Analysis: Perform engineering calculations (tolerance stack-up, structural strength, material selection,



and component sizing).

3.Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software to develop precise designs and manage engineering data.  Prototyping & Testing: Support the production and assembly teams during the prototyping phase and resolve design-related issues.

4.BOM Generation: Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.

5.Continuous Improvement: Modify and optimize existing designs to improve performance, reduce costs, or simplify manufacturing.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
