About Us

AD Law Associates is a law office specializing in real estate documentation, property registration, legal drafting, and legal consultancy. We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and responsible Office Assistant / Legal Typist to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Type legal documents using MS Word.

- Assist in preparing sale deeds, gift deeds, mortgage deeds, lease deeds, power of attorney, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Maintain client files and office records.

- Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents.

- Coordinate with clients regarding document requirements.

- Assist with property registration and documentation work.

- Visit the Sub-Registrar Office when required.

- Handle day-to-day office administration while maintaining confidentiality.

Eligibility





- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Word skills are mandatory.

- Tamil typing is preferred; English typing is an added advantage.

- Positive communication skills in Tamil. Basic English knowledge is preferred.

- Candidates residing near Kelambakkam, Navalur, Padur, Siruseri, or nearby areas are preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on Experience)
