Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound/inbound calls for international clients (US process)

Explain services and offerings to prospective customers

Build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Comfortable with night shifts

Experience in telecalling/BPO/EdTech sales is a plus

Confident, energetic, and target-driven

Pay: ₹8,863.49 - ₹30,000.00 per month
