Rituals is an upcoming premium café focused on exceptional coffee, handcrafted desserts, fresh bakery products, and a memorable customer experience. We are looking for a passionate Baker/Pastry Chef who takes pride in quality, consistency, and creativity.
Prepare a wide range of bakery and pastry products including:
- Cakes
- Brownies
- Cookies
- Muffins
- Cheesecakes
- Tarts
- Croissants and other laminated pastries
- Breads and buns
- Dessert components such as ganache, mousse, creams, and fillings
- Produce authentic tiramisu and other signature desserts.
- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Monitor inventory and communicate ingredient requirements.
- Minimize wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Assist in developing recent bakery and dessert items.
- Maintain baking equipment and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
