Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand business across international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through distributors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and channel partners.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate export documentation, shipment schedules, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's international business growth.

Candidate Profile

- MBA in Marketing / International Business or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years of experience in Export Marketing, International Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in handling B2B international customers and export operations.




- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, shipment coordination, and international trade procedures.
- Exposure to African markets will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the Polymer, Plastics, Masterbatch, Chemical, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and qualified email communication.
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
