Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting software and strong practical knowledge of compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Manage GST billing, return preparation support, and compliance documentation
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and expense records
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for payments
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Skills & Requirements

- B.Com or relevant commerce background
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and other accounting software
- Robust knowledge of GST,



TDS, and basic taxation compliance
- Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting
- Accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle accounts independently
