Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, workforce management, quality control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in factory operations and possess solid leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills.

The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, meeting production targets, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Lead, train, and manage production teams and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and production resources
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
- Implement workplace safety and compliance procedures
- Analyze production data and prepare operational reports




- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Handle workforce planning, performance management, and team development
- Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained for maximum productivity
- Resolve operational issues and minimize production downtime

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred
- 6–8 years of experience in factory management, manufacturing, or production operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management
- Understanding of quality management systems and safety regulations
- Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
