Job Summary
We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the leadership team and support strategic business initiatives. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, creating pitch decks, researching grants and funding opportunities, maintaining business trackers and assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, presentations and investor pitch decks.
- Research grants, startup programs and funding opportunities.
- Maintain and update business trackers and project dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress.
- Support meeting preparation, documentation and follow-ups.
- Handle administrative tasks and business documentation.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics or a related field
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
