About the Company

Gurcharanam Academy is a Kota-based coaching institute offering quality preparation for JEE, NEET, and Pre-Foundation programs. The institute provides classroom, online, and foundation courses designed to help students achieve academic excellence and competitive exam success.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads.
- Promote JEE, NEET, and Pre-Foundation courses among students and parents.
- Conduct counseling sessions and explain course benefits.
- Organize seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, and local influencers.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional drives.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads,



and admissions.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or education counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the education/coaching industry is an added advantage.
