About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional and target-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to manage and convert business leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, property portals, and referral networks. We need immediate Joiner.

The ideal candidate should possess strong real estate market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to professionally handle clients from initial inquiry until successful deal closure.

The candidate must have practical understanding of:

- Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Property Sales Process, Client Relationship Management, Site Visit Coordination, Negotiation & Closures, sales productivity tools

We are specifically looking for a high-performing sales professional with strong follow-up discipline and revenue-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Client Handling

- Handle incoming leads generated from:
- Property Portals
- Referral Networks
- Professionally contact and nurture leads through: Calls, WhatsApp, Email communication, CRM follow-ups, Maintain regular communication until deal closure

Sales & Business Development

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct: Virtual property presentations, Client meetings
- Explain: Property details, Pricing structures, Investment opportunities, Payment plans, Documentation process,



Negotiate and close sales deals professionally

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Sales & Real Estate Knowledge

- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory
- Strong understanding of: Residential properties, Commercial properties, Real estate terminology, Sales documentation, Registration process.

Communication Skills

- Excellent spoken communication
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Qualified client handling skills
