Job Summary

REAL Group – GK TMT is hiring a Procurement & Purchase Executive – Coal Division to support procurement and purchase operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Bill Passing, Microsoft Excel, and vendor coordination. The role also requires occasional visits to the plant for coordination with the Quality and Production teams regarding raw material quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO)
- Process vendor bills and handle Bill Passing
- Work efficiently on ERP software and Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Visit the plant whenever required to coordinate on raw material quality issues
- Follow up with Quality and Production teams for timely issue resolution
- Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with stakeholders




- Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted availability of raw materials

Required Skills

- Experience in Procurement and Purchase operations
- Valuable knowledge of ERP Software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Purchase Order (PO), Work Order (WO), and Bill Passing
- Good English communication and email drafting skills
- Strong analytical, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel to the plant whenever required

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Local candidates from Raipur, Chhattisgarh will be preferred

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off
