Operations Manager – Hamstech College of Creative Education
Job Title: Operations Manager
Department: Operations & Administration
Location: Hyderabad (Travel Required)
Reports To: Director / Management
Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Hamstech College of Creative Education, ensuring smooth academic, administrative, and campus functioning. The role requires regular travel to affiliated and partner universities, academic institutions, industry partners, and campus locations to coordinate operational activities, strengthen collaborations, ensure compliance, and support institutional growth initiatives. The position plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, student experience, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily campus operations and administrative functions.
Ensure smooth coordination between academic, admissions, student affairs, finance, and support departments.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
Manage campus facilities, infrastructure, safety, and maintenance activities.
University & Institutional Coordination
Travel regularly to partnered universities and academic institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university officials and stakeholders.
Coordinate academic collaborations, joint programs, examinations, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Represent the college during academic meetings, inspections, events,
and partnership discussions.
Ensure timely communication and execution of agreements with partner institutions.
Student & Academic Support
Support admissions, enrollment, student records, and academic operations.
Coordinate student activities, workshops, industry visits, and academic events.
Ensure a positive student experience through efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with academic teams to support curriculum implementation and scheduling.
Budget & Resource Management
Monitor operational budgets and control expenditures.
Optimize utilization of resources across campuses and departments.
Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and service contracts.
Ensure cost-effective operational planning and execution.
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise administrative and support staff.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and team development initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and standards.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with university regulations, institutional policies, and statutory requirements.
Prepare operational reports, MIS, presentations,
and management updates.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and accreditation-related activities.
Maintain documentation related to academic and operational processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
5–10 years of experience in operations, administration, higher education, or institutional management.
Experience working with universities, educational institutions, or academic partnerships preferred.
Skills Required
Strong operational and administrative management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Budgeting and resource management expertise.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple locations.

Travel Requirement: 30–50% travel to partner universities, academic institutions, industry partners, and other Hamstech locations as required.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
