Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Chandapura / Marsuru Site Office, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of work.
- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Resolve on-site issues and report any delays or challenges.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and efficient site management.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- 3–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in real estate construction projects.
- Willing to work at the project site and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
