Rare Roots is a luxury wedding and event design studio specializing in bespoke celebrations, premium floral installations, artistic décor, and immersive event experiences. We are looking for a passionate Floral Designer who can bring creative concepts to life and execute exceptional floral designs for high-end weddings and events.

Responsibilities

- Design floral concepts for luxury weddings and events.
- Create bouquets, centerpieces, mandaps, stage décor, entrances, ceilings, and large-scale floral installations.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and floral styling concepts.
- Select flowers and foliage based on seasonality, quality, and event requirements.
- Prepare flower quantity estimates and coordinate procurement.
- Lead on-site floral installation and supervise florist teams.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain quality standards and solve on-site challenges during event setup.
- Ensure proper flower handling, storage, and maintenance.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in floral design for weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury décor.
- Strong understanding of fresh flowers, foliage,



floral mechanics, and installation techniques.
- Excellent eye for color, composition, and luxury styling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel for outstation events when required.

Preferred Skills

- Luxury wedding styling experience.
- Knowledge of imported and premium flower varieties.
- Experience with large-scale floral installations.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or presentation software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
