Installation & Commissioning

- Install and set up equipment/machinery at customer sites
- Ensure proper functioning as per technical specifications
- Conduct trial runs and handover to clients

Maintenance & Repairs

- Perform routine maintenance and servicing
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Repair or replace faulty components

Technical Support

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Guide clients on proper usage and maintenance of equipment
- Respond quickly to service calls and breakdowns

Customer Handling

- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Address customer complaints professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare service reports after each visit
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and installations




- Submit daily/weekly service updates

Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, spare parts)
- Ensure availability of required tools and spare parts
- Support sales team with technical inputs when needed

Training & Demonstration

- Train customers or operators on equipment usage
- Demonstrate product features and safety measures

Compliance & Safety

- Follow safety standards and company protocols
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
- Adhere to industry regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
