Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Follow up on deliverables and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and client reports.
- Track project progress and update clients regularly.
- Support senior client servicing executives in handling multiple accounts.




- Maintain organized records of client communications and project documents.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
