Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and selling domestic holiday packages while ensuring excellent customer service and seamless travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about domestic tour packages, destinations, and travel requirements.
- Design and customize domestic travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, global destinations, and promotional offers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective client relationship management and follow-ups.
- Provide post-trip support and handle feedback or concerns professionally.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel package sales
- Strong knowledge of domestic destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
