- Record daily transactions in Tally — sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways (Razorpay) and studio POS collections.
- Manage vendor bills and payments; track petty cash across studios.
- Raise and reconcile invoices; keep receivables and payables current.
- Maintain GST and TDS records and support timely filing with the CA.
- Assist with monthly closing, payroll inputs and basic MIS / expense reports.
- Keep documentation organised and audit-ready at all times.
- Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) proficiency is a must-have — you can run daily books independently.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years in bookkeeping or accounts, ideally with a multi-location or retail business.
- B.Com or equivalent; sound grasp of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and reconciliations.
- Accurate, organised and consistent — you don’t let entries pile up.
- Trustworthy and discreet with financial data.
