Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our international marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B marketing and grow into the role of Assistant Marketing Manager.

This position focuses on supporting day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, audience segmentation, SEO activities, and project-based marketing tasks. Content creation is not part of this role. Comprehensive training on our marketing tools and processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute day-to-day marketing campaigns across multiple projects.
- Support email marketing campaigns using various marketing platforms.
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and campaign management.
- Perform SEO-related activities to improve online visibility.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and campaign records.
- Learn and effectively operate a range of digital marketing tools and software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are completed on schedule.
- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements





- Bachelor / Master's degree (Marketing specialization preferred).
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, including identifying target audiences by industry, company size, department, seniority, and job titles to support effective marketing campaigns.
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential, as the role involves daily communication with colleagues across Europe.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Good hands-on computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new marketing software.
- Ability to work with multiple digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional development.
