Job Profile:

The maintain Accounts will be responsible for managing all accounting functions at the manufacturing unit, ensuring statutory compliance, accuracy of financial records, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Accounts Management

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other related documentation.

Maintain accurate records of payables and receivables.

Record and reconcile all sales and purchase transactions.

Manage and validate staff reimbursements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies for travel and other expenses.

Preparing accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer receipts.

Maintain general ledger, journals, and all accounting entries accurately.

Ensure proper bank and cash management, including reconciliations and petty cash control.





Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.

Tax & Compliance

Ensure statutory compliance for TDS, TCS, MPVAT, CST, GST, and other applicable taxes.

Maintain records for compliance audits and filings.

Prepare and submit necessary reports to management and statutory authorities.

Reconciliation & Audits

Reconcile supplier statements, accounts, scrap, and wastage calculations.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Monitor accounts for discrepancies and take corrective actions.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and MIS for management review.

Generate reports from SAP or Tally on account status, payments, receivables, and reconciliations.
