Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Handle recruitment for various company positions
- Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews

2. Employee Onboarding

- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
- Coordinate induction and onboarding activities

3. HR Operations

- Maintain attendance and employee records
- Support day-to-day HR and office coordination activities

4. Employee Engagement

- Maintain positive employee relations and work culture
- Organize employee engagement initiatives when required

5. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
- Maintain communication with candidates and employees

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain HR reports and recruitment trackers
- Ensure proper employee data management

Qualification:

- MBA HR / BBA / Graduate in relevant field
- HR-related certification - Preferred
