E-Commerce Executive – Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive manages a company’s online sales and marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and manage product listings
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor inventory and stock availability
- Process and track online orders
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries
- Manage marketplace seller accounts
- Run promotions and discount campaigns
- Prepare sales and performance reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- MS Excel and computer skills
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management and coordination
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces is a plus
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is beneficial

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
