Position: HR Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (HR)
Industry Preference: Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing.
- Handle joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding with HODs.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Update employee email IDs and HR data.
- Plan employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and quality systems.
