Job Summary: The Work Assistant will support daily business operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, documentation, customer communication, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of orders, inventory, and dispatches.
- Assist with customer inquiries and follow up on orders.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production staff, and delivery partners.
- Support online marketplace and e-commerce activities as assigned.
- Perform general office and administrative duties to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or e-commerce is an advantage.
