- The key purpose of a Process and Proposal Engineer is to design productive processes, develop comprehensive proposals, and provide technical expertise for successful project execution.
Major responsibilities:
- Study of enquiry, design, preliminary drawing, estimation and offer preparation.
- Proposals, Project bidding, Tendering and Cost Estimation Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects
- Proposals Engineering and Process Engineering for Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects
- Selection of Process scheme for Water & Waste water Treatment Plants.
- Preparation of BEP & Basic Engineering Drawings- PFD, P & IDs & HFD for proposed scheme.
- Process Equipment selection & Preparation of Technical specifications for Process equipment’s.
- Technical Evaluation & Cost Estimation of Process Equipment’s
- Site coordination during Erection and Commissioning
- Responsible for tender study, understanding specifications & requirement & making pre-bid queries & scheme selection.
- Responsible for making technical proposal of water & wastewater treatment plant which includes design, process description, control philosophy description of equipment’s, scope of supply etc.
- Designing of wastewater & water treatment plant, UF, RO, DM.
- Work with E&I; department for generation of engineering documents.
- BOQ & Cost estimation of the project for bidding.
- Preparation of Basic Engineering Package & developing its drawing, documents.
- Interaction with consultants/vendors/contractors for obtaining back to back quotations.
- Review of plant’s operating results & preparation of analysis report.
