- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications.
- Review and certify contractor RA Bills and final bills.
- Carry out quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against approved estimates.
- Prepare cost estimates for variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Verify material consumption and reconcile quantities executed at site.
- Assist in tender evaluation, comparative statements, and contractor selection.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and cost reports.
- Monitor work progress and ensure billing aligns with site execution.
- Support project planning by providing quantity and cost-related inputs.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports related to project cost, billing, and budget status.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
