- Counsel clients regarding study, visitor, tourist, work, and PR visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Handle complete visa documentation and application filing.
- Verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/immigration requirements.
- Prepare and submit visa applications within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and application updates.
- Track application status and provide regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records and filing documentation.
- Stay updated with immigration rules, visa policies, and country-specific requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving consultation and conversion targets.
- Solid knowledge of visa processes and documentation.




- Experience in visa counselling and visa filing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong documentation, verification, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, email handling, and internet research.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
