Job Title:

Assistant & Deputy Production Manager

Reports to: Factory Manager

Location: Ranipet, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Control:

· Develop and implement production plans, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer requirements.

· Monitor production progress, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and issues.

2. Quality and Efficiency:

· Ensure high-quality production, implementing quality control measures and monitoring defect rates.

· Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

3. Team Leadership:

· Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance, trainning, and feedback.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and participation.

4. Process Improvement:

· Identify and implement process improvements, using lean manufacturing principles and other tools.





· Communicate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.

5. Safety and Compliance:

· Ensure a safe working workplace, complying with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Monitor and report on safety performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / production engineering OR Special course on Operations Management.

· Experience: 10-12 years of experience in production management, preferably in the automotive OR HVAC sector.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
