Experience: 2+ Years in Placement Coordination (Healthcare/Education Industry)

Job Summary :We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage campus placement activities and strengthen corporate partnerships. The role involves coordinating end-to-end placement drives, engaging with recruiters, guiding students in career readiness, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build robust industry relationships and achieve placement targets.

Responsibilities:

 Coordinate end-to-end campus placement and recruitment drives, including employer communication, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with internal departments.
 Identify, approach, and build relationships with new corporate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing recruiters
 Maintain and update databases of students and prospective employers, and prepare placement reports and statistics.




 Analyse industry trends and provide career guidance to students based on current market requirements
 Organise student training sessions, including resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and employability skill development programs
 Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve the placement process
 Ensure achievement of placement targets, including the number of student placements, quality of recruiters, and average salary packages

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Management, Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in placement coordination
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordinate on abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Basic knowledge of paramedical education is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
