Job Descritpion of Gen AI/ Agentic AI Background Developer

6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Gen AI / Agentic AI Developer to join our advanced technology team. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking developer with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and a passion for building intelligent, autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in AI frameworks, programming, and cloud platforms, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop intelligent systems using Generative AI and Agentic AI principles.
- Build and deploy AI models leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Implement and support autonomous decision-making systems, enabling agent-based behaviors and interactions.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive insights, improve model performance, and support AI-driven functionalities.
- Integrate AI solutions into scalable environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Employ DevOps practices for seamless CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and iteration cycles.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate AI concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to a team-oriented setting, sharing knowledge and participating in problem-solving discussions.

Required Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
- Solid knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies for continuous integration and deployment.
