About the Role

SYS Developers is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at its project in Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects and be capable of managing site execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Verify measurements, bills, and material consumption.
- Ensure availability of construction materials and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team when required.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company policies.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and site execution.




- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Experience in handling complete site execution from foundation to finishing.
- Must have prior experience working on construction projects in hilly or mountainous terrain.
- Experience in hill cutting, slope stabilization, retaining walls, drainage systems, and foundation works in hilly regions will be preferred.
- Willingness to relocate and work at the project site in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in villa, resort, or residential construction projects.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
