Cluster Head – Residential Sales

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm
- Prior experience handling qualified Google leads is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants/Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive sales of luxury and premium residential projects from leading A-category builders.
- Ensure prompt lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and training.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize conversions from qualified Google leads.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve business goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner firm.




- Proven experience in handling and converting Google-generated leads.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate sales cycle.
- Experience in team handling and target-driven sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
