We are looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to support B2B sales, client coordination, and operational activities. The role involves both office-based work and regular field visits to client locations and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Meet clients, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and maintain client relationships.
- Support project execution and maintain documentation and CRM records.
- Visit client locations and project sites as required.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering,
Environmental Science, or related fields preferred).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Operations, or Project Coordination.
- Fresh graduates with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and operational support.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence required; own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
