Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain the company's products, services, offers, and membership plans. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Schedule appointments and site visits for sales executives. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally. Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.



Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications HSC/Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach. Positive listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure. Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism. Good time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
