ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring two Senior AI Engineers who will wear three hats: builder, trainer, and tech lead. You will design and ship production AI systems, deliver structured AI training to junior engineers, and lead product development for Skylarn's enterprise client projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape both our product and our people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Engineering

· Design, develop, and debug AI-powered applications — agents, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and multi-agent systems

· Lead end-to-end product development for Skylarn's enterprise client projects

· Contribute to and expand Skylarn's reusable AI Skills Library

· Write clean, production-ready code with strong review discipline

· Define and enforce technical architecture standards across projects

Training & Mentorship

· Deliver structured AI engineering training to cohorts of junior engineers

· Design hands-on coding exercises and real-world project assignments

· Onboard trained junior engineers into live client project delivery

· Track progress, identify skill gaps, and provide targeted coaching

Leadership

· Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and technical direction

· Present technical solutions to enterprise clients with clarity and confidence





· Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and delivery milestones

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

· 1+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience (LLMs, RAG, agents, fine-tuning, or similar)

· Strong Python proficiency; experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Azure AI, or comparable frameworks

· Proven ability to design, debug, and deliver production-grade AI systems

· Comfort teaching and explaining complex AI concepts to junior engineers

· Excellent verbal and written communication — you will train engineers and engage enterprise clients

Nice to Have

· Experience with multi-agent architectures (CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom)

· Azure or AWS AI/ML certifications

· Prior experience delivering technical training or curriculum design

· Exposure to enterprise software delivery or consulting environments

· Familiarity with C# or TypeScript in addition to Python
