- Should be an engineering graduate from any domain
- Robust written and oral communication in english & tamil
- Must have customer handling experience in any domain
- Adequate knowledge about web design & development
- Technical knowledge on basics of the following: HTML, WordPress, Websites, PHP, Web/Mobile applications
- Experience using google docs, sheets and CRM
- Any previous experience in handling the teams diverse in different location will be an advantage
- Work experience in any project management tool will be an advantage
