Hiring: Accountant & Store Manager – Saar Living

Saar Living is a growing home, outdoor and event décor brand dealing in products like garden umbrellas, LED candles, wireless lamps, gazebo tents, mist fans and décor essentials. We are looking for a responsible Accountant & Store Manager who can manage accounting, billing, GST documentation, E-Way Bills, stock records, store operations and daily office coordination.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, receipts and expenses.
- Prepare invoices, quotations and delivery challans.
- Maintain GST-related records including GST invoices, purchase bills, sales bills and tax data.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for dispatches whenever required.
- Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, product availability and inventory updates.
- Manage store/showroom operations, product display, stock placement and product movement.
- Follow up on pending payments, orders, dispatches and client requirements.
- Supervise packing, loading, dispatch and movement of goods from store/warehouse.
- Support ecommerce and marketplace teams with billing,



stock updates and required documentation.

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of Tally is required.
- Basic knowledge of GST billing, GST invoices, purchase bills and sales bills.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation is required/preferred.
- Ability to manage store products, stock movement and dispatch coordination.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, home décor, furniture, lighting, events or product-based business will be a plus.

Candidate Profile

- Should be able to handle both accounting and store management responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Freshers with valuable Tally, GST and E-Way Bill knowledge can also apply.
- Experience of 1–3 years in accounting, billing, inventory or store management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
