Project Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute interior turnkey projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as per the agreed timeline.
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve execution-related issues.

Client & Consultant Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Maintain qualified communication through emails, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and progress reports.
- Ensure timely approvals and clarifications for uninterrupted project execution.

Site Management

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting, and finishing activities.

Quality Control

- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Rectify non-conformities and maintain high workmanship standards.

Cost & Budget Management

- Monitor project budgets and control project costs.
- Track variations, change orders, and extra items.
- Prepare BOQ comparisons and verify contractor bills.
- Minimize wastage of materials and optimize project resources.

Procurement & Material Management

- Coordinate with procurement for timely material deliveries.
- Monitor inventory and material consumption.
- Ensure proper storage and utilization of materials.

Documentation

- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs).
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Maintain RFI, NCR, snag lists, variation records, and site instructions.




- Prepare and review billing documentation.
- Maintain project correspondence and documentation.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Report delays, technical issues, and unforeseen site conditions.
- Coordinate resolution of execution-related challenges.

Health, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections.
- Promote safe work practices at the project site.

Team Leadership

- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Train junior engineers and supervisors.
- Foster teamwork and accountability across departments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out or Turnkey Contracting projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or corporate interior projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
