Sr. Sales Executive – Premium Residential Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales team in East Pune. The role involves handling end-to-end sales for premium residential projects, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and driving closures.

This is a senior-level role where candidates are expected to take complete ownership of their sales pipeline, client management, and revenue targets. Candidates with strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and prior experience in East Pune residential real estate markets—especially Kharadi, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-ins, digital leads, channel partner leads, and referrals
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties
- Maintain strong follow-ups and convert prospects into bookings
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate documentation with clients and developers
- Maintain CRM updates and track sales pipeline regularly




- Take ownership of monthly sales targets and closures
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 Years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Experience in premium residential projects preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of East Pune real estate market, especially Kharadi and nearby locations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability towards business targets
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality
- Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and client meetings
- Immediate joiners preferred
