Job Summary

The Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the assembly activities of crusher machines, vibrating screens, and heavy engineering equipment. The candidate must ensure production targets, assembly quality, safety standards, and timely completion of projects while coordinating with production, fabrication, stores, and quality departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day assembly operations of crushers, screens, conveyors, and heavy machinery.
- Monitor assembly processes to ensure quality standards and production timelines are achieved.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly layouts.
- Coordinate with fabrication, machining, paint shop, and dispatch departments.
- Allocate manpower effectively for assembly activities.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, cranes, and lifting equipment during assembly.
- Conduct machine inspection and testing before dispatch.
- Maintain production reports,



assembly records, and daily work updates.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Resolve assembly-related technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Support installation and commissioning activities when required.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of heavy machinery assembly and fabrication.
- Experience in crusher or mining equipment manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, bearings, shafts, and mechanical fitting.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety practices.

- Experience in the crushing & screening equipment industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Candidate must be from mechanical education.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
