Position Accounts & Finance Executive

Location Nashik, Maharashtra

Reporting To General Manager – Operations & Administration / Managing Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the financial operations of our manufacturing plant. The incumbent will be responsible for handling accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting audits, monitoring costs, and assisting management in financial planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing industry accounts, with strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and ERP/accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Cost Monitoring & Control
- Track operational costs, expenses, and profitability.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and financial efficiency improvements.
- Provide analysis of manufacturing overheads and resource utilization.
- Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other labour laws.
- Support statutory and internal audits with accurate documentation.
- Maintain proper records for taxation, returns, and filings.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist management in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
- ERP & Systems Management




- Work on ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent).
- Maintain accurate records in digital systems for transparency and efficiency.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting mechanisms.
- Vendor & Payment Management
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and adherence to payment terms.
- Support vendor negotiations with financial analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounts and cost control.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate in:

- Commerce (B. Com / M. Com)
- Accounting / Finance
- MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

3 to 6 years of proven experience in:

- Accounts & Finance in manufacturing industry
- Statutory compliance and taxation
- ERP/accounting systems
- Cost monitoring and audit support

Compensation

₹30k – ₹40k per month Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
