The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting wellness services in a safe, professional, and client-focused environment. The role includes conducting health assessments, assisting with wellness procedures, monitoring client health, providing education on preventive care, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive health assessments, including recording vital signs, medical history, and lifestyle information.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols and professional standards.
- Assist physicians and wellness practitioners during consultations and wellness procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, vaccinations, and other prescribed treatments as per medical orders and applicable regulations.
- Monitor clients before, during, and after treatments, documenting observations and reporting any abnormalities promptly.
- Educate clients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, hydration,



lifestyle modification, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic or manual documentation systems.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are consistently followed.
- Maintain clinical equipment, medical supplies, and emergency medications, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support when required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and staff training programs.
- Adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and all applicable healthcare regulations.
